Welcome to Headways, the School Head's Workplan, Idividual Daily Log and Accomplishment Report Online Portal, created in partnership with the PSDS of the District of La Castellana I, Ma. Tressa G. Elbanbuena.

Our website was designed with the aim of streamlining the reporting system for school heads in the district. With the collaboration of the district's teachers, led by IT enthusiast Joe Ed Mialen, we have created a user-friendly online platform where school heads can easily input and track their work plans, daily logs, accomplishment reports, and major activities.

Our team understands the vital role that school heads play in the success of their schools. With Headways, we hope to assist them in their work by providing a tool that enables them to efficiently monitor and report their progress, as well as collaborate and learn from their peers in the district.
